Please complete and submit the application form below. You must be in Year 12 or 13. <br><br>If you are over 18, ask Fr. Andrew about joining the RCIA course instead.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">Confirmation sessions take place on Sundays from January to May.<br>This includes collective attendance at 11.00am Mass, followed by a preparation session of about 45mins, and some other events on the following dates:-<br>November 5th &#8211; Youth Gathering &amp; Mass at Brentwood Cathedral 6.00pm<br>November 29th &#8211; World Youth Day 11.00am Mass only (no meeting after)<br><strong>A meeting for candidates and parents:<\/strong><br>December 13th after 11.00am Mass<br><strong>Candidates only: <\/strong><br>January 10th, 24th.<br>February 7th, 21st.<br>March 6th (Saturday) Flame Congress at Wembley Stadium, and usual meeting Sunday 21st.<br>April 4th, 18th.<br>May 2nd, 16th<br>Retreat at Walsingham House, Abbotswick &#8211; TBC<br>Practical rehearsal for the Sacrament (Candidates <strong>and Sponsors<\/strong>) &#8211; TBC<br><br><strong>JUNE 27th Sacrament of Confirmation 11.00 am Mass<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You will need to choose a Confirmation name. This usually a saint\u2019s name that has special significance for you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You will also need a sponsor who is someone you can look to for support and in whom you have confidence. It should not be a parent.
